Terms of Use

§ 1 Scope of application

The use of the IMTF Campus E-Learning Portal (the "Platform") owned by IMTF Siron GmbH is only allowed for registered users according to the following regulations.

 

 § 2 Purpose of use

The Platform is used for the implementation of e-learning courses. Offers (e.g. courses) within the Platform may only be used by registered users. Any other use of the Platform, e.g. for other private and/or industrial or commercial purposes, as well as passing on the access data to third parties is not permitted.

  

§ 3 Intellectual property

The IMTF Siron GmbH is the sole owner of the Platform.

 

All materials placed on the Platform are protected by copyright, unless it is explicitly stated otherwise. This means that the contents are intended for personal use in the context of the execution of the course, may not be passed on to third parties without written consent and may neither be duplicated nor modified.

 

The IMTF Siron GmbH reserves the right to change this Platform and the products presented therein at any time and without prior notice.

  

§ 4 Liability

IMTF Siron GmbH does not assume any liability with regard to correctness, completeness, quality and actuality of the information, documents, illustrations and presentations contained on the Platform.

 

The internet pages may contain information from third parties. Wherever possible, this is marked accordingly. IMTF Siron GmbH does not assume any liability for this information.

 

IMTF Siron GmbH assumes no liability for the correctness, operability, completeness as well as possibly illegal contents or other violations of law of linked internet pages. The link to other web pages represents in this respect only a courtesy of IMTF Siron GmbH without legal binding.

  

§ 5 Liability of the users

If a user culpably violates these terms of use or legal obligations, he/she is liable for the resulting damage according to the legal regulations. This applies in particular to such damage caused to users of the Platform by the downloading of materials or software and other transactions on technical equipment of the users. The backup and storage of data is also subject to the responsibility of each user. IMTF Siron GmbH is not liable for lost data and resulting damages.

 

§ 6 Modification of the terms of use

IMTF Siron GmbH reserves the right to extend or change these terms of use. The respectively valid terms of use are published on the Platform.

 

§7 Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Place of jurisdiction for legal disputes is the head office of IMTF Siron GmbH, currently Bensheim.
